About Booster:
He is an NPC from the original arcade game Turbo-Time, he came into the game 4 years after the original release via an update in order to compete with newer games coming out. In game he is programmed to do progressively well until the last lap where he has no choice but to let Turbo and the Twins pass him, it kind of rides on conscious that he has to lose everytime. There was going to be a 2nd update to the game to allow him and Jumpstart(yellow racer) to be playable racers but the game was unplugged before it could happen. Booster is quite timid reserved he only seems to feel comfortable around Jumpstart and has an okay relationship with the Twins. Turbo likes to pick on Booster more since he is not much taller than him and the fact he's too unsure of himself to stand up for himself. He also stutters when he talks and it gets progressively worse the more nervous he gets.
