Ah, another piece of Soviet engineering. Hell, just love this. Have to say that we still have them in conservation ready for a big war. Also, we kinda upgrade them - install phased antennae, improve weaponry, upgrade engines... Well, with these upgrades that baby can go almost as quick as Su-27 or even the T-50. Awesome piece of engineering.
Also, where the photo was taken? Didn't really think that our machines are still in use in US.
